All of our beach designs can be built on pilings providing covered parking under the house. Most of the multi-story homes feature a reverse floor plan with the common living areas and sometimes a master suite on the top floor to maximize a view. As with all of our designs, any of these plans can be customized to suit your needs and preferences.
